First proper taste of my latest Flakey Bitter. This was very murky in the bottle, seemed well less than optimum, but has eventually cleared well, albeit with rather more sediment in the bottle than I'd like (and that is obviously going to happen), meaning I couldn't quite a full pint out of it, But yeah, it's just fine now, and tastes as it should.

A stubby of my AIPA (Sierra Nevada clone) closely followed by an English IPA. Working out my next brew to match the yeast I have been given. London Ale Yeast from Bluestone a company started by two Irish brothers with the help of a government grant. I have used their yeast before for a Brown Ale. Looking forward to making a Fullers clone with this yeast.

Had to take the ghost ship I had back as it was awful and am now drinking this 'sunshine lager' at the sun tavern in Covent garden. Its ok i suppose
