A glass of my Strawberry wine from our own strawberries last year. Along with a couple of the biscuits from last night. School sports day was cancelled due to the weather, so we’ve handed out a selection box each to the neighbours and my mother in law. Still plenty left!

I've got a steam pilsener ready to keg which I have high hopes for.
Also got 3 gallons of elderflower wine to put in demi John's so a busy day tomorrow.

I have heard good things about this beer. Its easy drinking and nice enough but it doesn't seem that special.

The Scraggy Bay is just fantastic

A best bitter with Liberty Bell has finally come good, didn't like the initial esters but now fine. Never say never I wasn't going to use Liberty Bell again but time has mellowed the esters and this is now a great beer. Followed by a Steam Ale, wanting to hang on to the best bitter.

I’ve been brewing a pale ale this morning and just finishing so time for a beer. This is an Altbier.

Another Altbier, this time to accompany a nice snack - grill steak sandwich with salad, cheese and garlic mayo in toasted bread. Hmmm!
