We are on the last few bottles of my Kolsch now. It’s 8 weeks old tomorrow. Much nicer than it was a few weeks ago, but didn’t clear in the end. It does have a small percentage of wheat though.

Sadly nearly finished this batch but it makes for a nice light spring beer, very easy to drink and low enough ABV that I can drink a few and not regret it in the morning.

Pint of my Pilsner/festbier really delicious, Pilsner malt, hanna Vienna and something like 180g Saaz. Nice malty backbone mixed with the flavour from the Saaz.

Having a very nice cream ale from @gibbo_sd. I actually judged this in the freestyle comp and it was just outside the top 3. Exactly what I would expect from a cream ale, easy drinking clean ale. This comes across better than the comp version as the carbonation is spot on now. Thanks for sending another bottle to try.

So he should, too late to be cutting hedges now.. Need to wait till August. That’s a good few months of drinking whilst looking at the trimmer.
