Bass...fishing?View attachment 65105
A swift Belgian Dubbel before bed. Up at sparrows fart on the bass again. Not the beer

Brew day complete - time for a Cream Ale. Perfect for the weather!
You’re welcome Leon and thanks for your feedback. I prefer the second@Hazelwood Brewery thanks for the beers. I thought it would be best taste side by side.
There was a clear winner with me and SWMBO picking the same one.
Appearance- 1st version. I think if you are making a fruit sour it should be murky just like if you added fruit to it. The clearer one reminds me of Swedish cider.
Aroma - both the same, could really tell them apart.
Mouth Feel- prefer the 1st version, just seems to be a bit thicker and higher alcohol content feels better in the mouth.
Flavour - 1 version. Tastes more sour and lot more fruiter. I would even say I could handle more of it. The second one had a funny artificial taste to it, which seemed more prominent in the froth, which you can see is a different colour and lot bigger.
Two great sours but I personally like them fruity and sour so the 1st version wins.
