The first of four fermenting beers is ready to keg so I’ve prep’d the cornies in readiness. This of course means new stocks are becoming available so I can again tuck in to my English Bitter

"The Sour of Love" - passionfruit-flavoured Gose, very very kindly shared with me by @LisaMC
I'm not sure whether the title was inspired by Huey Lewis, Celine Dion, Jennifer Rush, Frankie goes to Hollywood or one of the others .... but one thing's for sure, it's a well made beer.

Just right on the carb for me, instant lychee on the nose (doubtless passionfruit, but I smelled it as lychee); slightly hazy, and definitely a sour - but there's also a touch of Gose saltiness there which definitely adds another dimension that keeps me going back for another sip...

I've got to be honest sours are not my thing, but this is well made and bang on the money for the style: great job. Professional job on the label here too

Fantastic gose from @LisaMC - the passion fruit really comes through in the aroma.
Its not so intense in the flavour but the sourness and light saltiness steal the show from there on in and leave it very dry and drinkable and very moreish.
