Sunday dinner of roast chicken in the oven, music on, and this beautifully fresh beer from @LisaMC - definitely in my happy place 😍.

I’m no expert at sour beers but this is a summer smile in a glass, aroma packed with passion fruit and nectarine, with a spot on tartness that feels fresh all the way through. I’m impressed on a technical level on the balance of flavours, (and the label) but more importantly it just tastes yummy😄.

Cheers everyone ( it’s allowed as it’s a public holiday here tomorrow)
Edit - just realised I’m a bit late to this @LisaMC party - well it is good!

Having a little light refreshment while brewing a session West Coast IPA.
This is first taste of my latest Hoppy Belgian Pale dry hopped with Kazbek & Mittelfreuh, Finished at 5% .Happy with it so far after 3 days in the keg, maybe a little more hops and a little more bitterness still to getting closer.

Starting of with @dave_77 Belgian IPA. This was part of the 4 way brew off.

Lovely golden ale with perfect carbonation. Nice white head which lasts
Aroma: this is really good, I am picking big fruit, citrus, white grape

Flavour: much like the aroma, white grape, citrus and pear. Yeast is very restricted. Really smooth bitterness

This is a really enjoyable beer, not sure on how it scored. If I was scoring it personally it would be in 38 - 40 points bracket. Packed full of flavour from the hops, yeast flavour was faint. Nice well balanced beer. Never used archer or Godiva hops

As always thank you for sending
