Trying my single malt IPA. Citra and Bru-1
Would love to say it's brilliant but it's not, I am picking up a fault. I can pick it out on the aroma and it leaves a slight after taste.

Been saving this one.
White hag brewery from Sligo imperial oatmeal stout 10.2%. Very dark and a strong alcohol bite that smooths into a liquorice aftertaste that lingers after you swallow. Not for the faint hearted this one

I’m having a pint of stout (just about all I have left until next week!) after collecting a new bottle of CO2. The price was £1 more than my last bottle for 6.3Kg but my supplier warned the next price rise might be more significant. Hopefully by the time I need another, things will have settled down again.

Just back form a local Vietnamese restaurant and had a very nice spicy meal and a pint of ipa from a local brewery branded with the restaurant name and it was dish water.
Having a vocation roll with it now and it’s a bit better.
