Bramling x Pale/ipa, it's the sort of beer that I thought should be served really cold but actually it was pretty tasteless, let it warm up a bit and it's a completely different beer!

Mine is quite sulpherous when I opened the bottle, I presume with a keg you wouldn't get that... but I wondered if this was hop related, it does dissipate pretty fast. But yeah, amazing the difference a few degrees make!

Scraggy Bay is a nice one as that and Maggie's Leap would be two of my favourite locally brewed oh and Chieftain Red.

Glass (bottle) of expensive rose the guy from Laithwaites talked me into buying a load of when he caught me after a few shandies the other day. Accompanied by bbqued char sui pork and pak choi from the garden crop.

I’m calling this ‘My Fair Lady’ because by George I think she’s got it!

Third time lucky at long last I have a juicy aromatic NEIPA, with an aroma of Mango and pineapple, tastes of tropical fruit juice and ends in strawberry and papaya. I am so so chuffed with this and such a relief.

Bon chance!

What yeast will you use, I used us05, I think I probably should have tried something more adventurous.
I have a few choices but I might use Voss as I need to get a couple of kegs filled in a hurry as usual.
just ordered some vic secret as well so might do a Zeus and vic with Maris otter and some cara rye. Roll on the weekend.
