Just realised I had more. Luckily I didn't pay for more of them.

Operation garage tidy is finally over and today was to be a brew day and a kegging day but I can hardly stand upright as I am totally not used to hard work. So it’s a punk ipa and then a soak in the hottub. Brewing can wait till during the week and I will keg the citra pale tomorrow.

I’ve been working on recipes to try and get the most out of ekuanot hops. I’ve done a few beers and it’s never quite worked or the flavour/aroma profile hasn’t been what I wanted. So this is another revision (no4) to see if I’ve got it to work. Or at least how I want it to.
