Having an American styles stout with down under hops ( Eclipse & Nectoran hops) from @beerison . Smooth roast, tasted and had aroma of dark chocolate orange. Very nice

I found this in the garage when I was out getting empty bottles. A cardamom and coriander saison. This must be 8 months old. Still lovely flavour, slightly over carbonated

Started my Summer Breeze now, it’s 2-weeks conditioned today and the first batch made with real Vienna after the two batches that were not
