Something a bit more restrained after two days of rich food and drink.

Another one of my aged wines. This one is peach and scotch bonnet mead. Very fruity peachy aroma with an awesome kick in the middle which carries over into the finish.

There are a few flavours that I haven’t posted but drank over Christmas with the DIL. The strawberry which was a favourite, the apricot, and the mango, also nice. Still a few favourites to come as well.

Must get back to winemaking after crimbo, to enjoy next crimbo. Wasn’t the plan but it’s worked out quite well. And now I know what I’m doing, they might make rather nice presents too!

Got a crate of these from the super wife. This is my favourite beer of all time. On cask at the windmill bar at the brewery it's like heaven in a glass.
