Trying a Bottle of this Simcoe & Cascade APA I brewed a couple of months ago

Fairly standard stuff. Not sure what I was expecting, tbh. The mikkeller beers available in supermarkets are far from groundbreaking.

Still in Wales where the plastic shed keeps the beer cool at this time of year and enjoying my AG Citra to start with. I think I acquired the bottle already empty but the label looks promising!

I’m running very low on homebrew and the shop bought offerings in stock aren’t floating my boat tonight. This seamed to be a good choice with tonight’s dinner, Sicilian Lemon Chicken and a herby mash.

It’s that blended pale ale.
Somebody come up with a good name for it please.
Just to clarify it's 50:50
Hoppy Pale Ale of Kent (Challenger and Ernest hops from a local Kent farm)
With,
(Meh!) Pale Ale with (too few) Saaz.

Forget the Bee Gees and check out the Dee Gees instead. The D-G in question here is Dave Grohl. The Foo Fighters have released a cover album of the some of Gibb brothers best known hits. I'm not sure how big the overlap is with the two bands's fan base, but at least there's something them for that'll tick both boxes.
