Mountain IPA (Craft Brew Channel recipe), I dry hopped it for a second time after a hop strainer disaster. For some reason it’s overly bitter without too much of a hop aroma. Still very drinkable though.

Needed some air after the kids went to bed. Ended up in a favourite pub I last visited pre-Covid listening to some excellent folk played live with a pint of very good pale ale brewed on the premises.

Oh I’m not being terribly good tonight - was supposed to be dieting and not drinking v much due to the calories. However, Kristoff is lovely and I’m needing a bit of tlc after this last week. (PS. Please please remember this pandemic is not over, you may not be dying from COVID, but there’s an awful lot of you getting unwell from it. The vaccine helps but doesn’t make you bullet proof and some of us are really really busy trying to keep you ok)

It’s crazy here with most people running around as if it’s all over and people getting sick even after having a double vaccination makes you wonder what the winter will bring

Same here John, we have just had a 4 day break in Somerset i was amazed how many people were not wearing a mask in shops and crowded places it is like like nothing has happened
