Cracking looking beer, surprisingly very light. Very enjoyable, I would maybe up the hop's

This seven month old MJ Brewer's series NZ Pale Ale was really hard going until recently despite only being dry hopped with a mere 10gms of cascade so the moral of the story is don't pour down the sink in haste!

Having a lazy day as husband's turn to cook so reminiscing about the amazing place we used to live. We love our first bought house together but sometimes when you have less it feels like more. This house was rented from the hubby's boss but the village was so small it was like one big family. Miss that place. The beer and food was amazing too. Having a glass of my wine to remember it.

My Brewers Gold Smash (used pops pale malt, and Voss yeast) its a 4.3% bitter, it’s decent enough I would perhaps like a tad more bitterness but overall I doubt I will have any issues dr the 9 Litres I made.

Had a few different beers but have family in caravan next to us so didn’t post. Dinners over and the fire is lit so having a stout by @samale it’s an imperial Saison stout. Not sure if the abv but it’s bloody lovely. More highly carbonated than a traditional stout but it suits it.

My dark saison at 3 weeks of bottle conditioning, hard to show in the picture but it's a dark ruby thanks to the 3% roasted barley. At 8% abv the plan is to leave the rest until Christmas time but the early signs are promising

Hobgoblin Gold and Ruby, both fairly decent, probably preferred the gold if I had to pick one
