Checking out my Boho pils... cleared down nicely; possibly a touch overbitter - maybe that's because it's not properly chilled, could that effect the flavour?

Was supposed to brew a Weizenbock today, but ended up brewing a lager instead. So I’ll just have to drink one instead.
This is a really great beer, it’s like a hefe on steroids with insane amounts of banana and glove in perfect harmony. What else would you expect from the oldest brewery in the world!

Simply Yorkshire Bitter Kit

I mashed a couple of kilo of pale Malt and used it in place of a kilo of sugar and it has come out as a remarkably drinkable 4% session bitter at under 50p a bottle. One thing I am kind of interested in is what the yeast that was used was as it stuck fast to the bottom of the bottle making It really easy to pour.
