A bit lively but bloody nice, simply pale ale with a good citra dry hop, it’s off to the shed for a few days to calm down View attachment 40180
For FS rod I would be in bed before that settled, I would be pouring the second glass straight after the first. Seriously, my stout was probably worse than that I poured into a jug and let it settle and then into a glass.

This is my final long neck of Extra Stout, I have another 20 litres which is going into a keg and poured elsewhere. As post above this went into a jug before the glass.

Will just have one more long neck of Porter after this. My wife is starting to complain about me having my dinner fried up for the breakfast the following morning.

Liar liar pants on fire, got a couple of long necks of bitter down the hatch.

Tomorrows breakfast will be pork neck steak, potato beans onion and tomato.
Much to my wife's disgust.

I did think you seemed to be having a quiet night. Assumed you were in the doghouse and on best behaviour! 😂

Wine expert classic Chateau du Rio. This was bottled 9 weeks ago and it’s the first time I have touched it since a sample back then.

it’s lovely especially for a red. Definitely best to let these age. I have another 11 litre in a carboy to leave for longer. But for 9 weeks it’s great.

Not today though, today is a Tripel kind of dayView attachment 40209
Continuing the belgian theme, this belgian blonde with wlp655 is quite remarkable. It's very unique and maybe a bit orvalish. I will definitely use it again and this time leave it to ferment for 8 weeks or so.

1698, Kentish strong ale, from a brewery whose name I cant remember..

In my defence, I was nightshift all weekend and so am nicely toasted after a home made pilsner, a SN pale Ale and halfway through the 1698.
