Hopefully get herself going then so I can fall asleepYou should get back in there quickly, it becomes a soft **** film!
For FS rod I would be in bed before that settled, I would be pouring the second glass straight after the first. Seriously, my stout was probably worse than that I poured into a jug and let it settle and then into a glass.A bit lively but bloody nice, simply pale ale with a good citra dry hop, it’s off to the shed for a few days to calm down View attachment 40180
Liar liar pants on fire, got a couple of long necks of bitter down the hatch. This is my final long neck of Extra Stout, I have another 20 litres which is going into a keg and poured elsewhere. As post above this went into a jug before the glass.

Will just have one more long neck of Porter after this. My wife is starting to complain about me having my dinner fried up for the breakfast the following morning.

Tomorrows breakfast will be pork neck steak, potato beans onion and tomato.
Much to my wife's disgust.
That reminds me I need to check on my Russian Imperial stout at some point....Mine is 6 weeks old today. Last time I tried it, it was like some devil blend of pitch and napalm, flavoured with hazelnut - so not all bad!
Continuing the belgian theme, this belgian blonde with wlp655 is quite remarkable. It's very unique and maybe a bit orvalish. I will definitely use it again and this time leave it to ferment for 8 weeks or so.That reminds me I need to check on my Russian Imperial stout at some point....
Not today though, today is a Tripel kind of dayView attachment 40209
