Sounds interesting, my latest Saison with hallertau Blanc is really nice. I need to get another on soon. Not often I would brew the same beer so soon but I am really enjoying it
That's another combo I wanted to try too H Blanc and mosaic.

Lads, the wait is over. The KBS clone has come good. A certain Derry chum of mine will be getting something nice in the post soon. I'm happy with this ATM and it will only get better over the next few months.

Started with this. Not massively impressed for my pallet. Too much caramel and chocolate.

Pennine, by far my best combo for west coast ipa, citra simcoe mosaic......just works so well together.
I have never tried the combo before actually... but I have them all in the freezer so after I brew up a stout I think I will give them a go. Late additions with them?

So I thought I’d try one of these. Supposed to be a DIPA - I think it tastes like hoppy lager.

I tried that one a while back and really wasn’t impressed maybe I’m too used to Verdant or LHG’s DIPA’s with lots of dry hopping but I just found it lacking not undrinkable but just boring.

I see where you're coming from. I got a slight 'mushy peas' taste, which I what I get when I drink lager. I HATE mushy peas 😂

My son and girlfriend were in Bristol the other week at the LHG brewpub, they raved about it.

I’m having an English bitter just as my latest bitter is finishing the sparge. The one I’m brewing today will go in this months competition if all goes to plan though it is just a little tight on timing.

The working title for it is “Challenge” (name inspired by @Benfleet Brewery ).

Looks good. Where did you get the coiled hose from ? That looks the business.
Got them off eBay. They are for pneumatic air tools but work a treat. Only issue is they come in mm size so you have to get a size ever so slightly bigger than 3/8. It goes into the push fitting with a bit of force but they are a bugger to get back out.

No but I can do. It's on my work pc so I will try and remember on Monday. It's essentially a ramped up founders breakfast stout, with bourbon and oak chips. There is an excellent founders breakfast stout recipe on the byo website. And I got the KBS recipe from the American homebrewers association website.
