Yes, excellent. I’ve been very impressed by the standard given the nature of these businesses. Food and drink top quality.

A chevallier malt saison, made with blaugies yeast and then bottled with brett c back in november. Been sitting in the cellar since then. Starting to taste rather funky. Wish I had used some clarex as it does have a lot of chill haze from a few days in the fridge.

This is probably the last full pour from the Session IPA. Weizenbock pushed back a couple of weeks, I’ll be rebrewing another of these on Saturday instead. More hops, less Carapils this time.

Ribeye is awesome. I got my brother the below item from a meat packing company for his birthday. 35 day, dry-aged bone-in prime rib. It was $60 for a 20oz portion. The place sells to upscale restaurants. He said it was really good.
