Just back from tullagh bay another lovely beach 10 mins from the house. Time to keg a beer that should have been kegged last week. And having a magic rock dark arts surreal stout. 49p in Tesco fore some reason and you could buy 4 for £6 View attachment 51181

Home alone today so after work I jumped on the bike. Now time for food and a beer. Steak washed down with sabro porter

Finished bottling a couple batches of beer so digging into this one. It's quite good tons of citrus lemon and grapefruit with a hint of coconut and dank. Really delicious and drinks way too fast for 7%

The hops are exp hbc 472, mosaic, idaho 7 and amarillo.

Time to start sampling my back catalogue. First up Czech pilsner, over carbonated because it hadn't finished fermenting. This was my first lager, it's actually really improved from my last taste. Really clear as well, glad now I didn't bin it.

I have work also. One more day, 2 days off. 2 days back in and then 2 weeks off. More or less in holiday mode

Well it's hot 35c so I broke and bought a couple suitcases of cheap american lager to hold me off till the best bitter finishes up carbonating.

This one is ok reminds me of bitburger for some reason?

Trying to let this one age for as long as possible so only very rarely have 1. Ive grain to lift from Declan tomorrow evening so can stick 1 in a bottle for you to try and throw the grain to you on tue ? Needs to be drunk quick as bottles from the keg though

I still have some slurry in the fridge. It's a nice yeast but I think I prefer WLP 530

The film of choice in our house some years ago was “are we there yet ?” I knew every word of it by the time the kids got fed up with it. I heard it more than I seen it as it was always on in the car DVD player
