Hoppy pales are not my favourite style, that said, the 4 or 5 hops used gave it a nicely rounded flavour. At 4%, in a small bottle on a Friday evening it didn't hang around long. It would make a good summer afternoon beer and was more to my taste than many heavily hopped pales I've tried.Bit of a radical departure there from traditionalists TT ... So what did you think of it?

I always love it when I can find a lowish alcohol beer that actually tastes decent, and after brewing a fair few batches of my own I have come to the conclusion that low gravity session beers are surprisingly tricky to get right.Staying roasty... No Cocoa, but sweetness and smoothness. 3.4% with a flavour intensity that I'd usually associate with a stronger beer.

Better get drinking thenOn something a bit stronger. This keg of bipa seems to be lasting ages, which isn't a bad thing as it seems to get better with age. May cause me issues when I want the keg for February's brew.
Agreed, wasn't sure if I had another one or not. Found one hiding at the back of the shelf in the shed. A bit cooler, still goodI always love it when I can find a lowish alcohol beer that actually tastes decent
That's my aim, even if I have to wade through the snow to get to the keg.Better get drinking then![]()
