Cali common steam beer out of the barrel ( day 20 ) hitting the spot
2019 I brewed a Cali Common with Northern Brewer and CML CC yeast that took about 6 weeks to condition and it was bl**day lovely. Last year I did two batches with the same yeast and they were full of Diacetyl forever. I think the idea of Cali Common is great but I can't bring myself to try again. Need a better yeast than CML.Cali common steam beer out of the barrel ( day 20 ) hitting the spot

Great idea! I’ll have to find a solution along those lines. You need to get some Big-D nuts hanging in that door instead of an advert for kingspan!
Not long at all, it took about 1 minute The extension pulls out from the main bar and I drop on the bar-top extension!Good job on the bar extension, that didn't take you long.
Nearing the end of my case of Bateman's Beast from the East... Will finish it off tonight as I'm cutting down to drinking once a week () now until my wedding in July to try and shift the last 4-6lbs to make my suit fit perfectly.

Your supply must of been hit badWell that was an amazing family BBQ, everyone just left
Close to the 30 person limit, two BBQ cooking sessions, many pints drunk - eldest daughter even took another 8 pints home for tonight for herself and her bloke, love that girl!
Now having a Summer Breeze - of course!

What brews have you lined upExciting day today, having a genesse cream ale. This one is the best of the bunch, although it could use more hops.

This morning I took a trip to the not so local homebrew shop and ended up with some ingredients to get brewing again. Oh and a new fermenter. These anvil ones are really nice, much better than the SS brewtechs.
