Pleasantly surprised by these two from a local brewery.
@Hazelwood Brewery how long for a doppelbock to condition. I was looking to enter this month competition. That gives it 3 week's.

one must tighten the belt and get on with it. multiple stashes are the way to go.It’s lashing down with hailstones here so for now I’m housebound. This is close to hand..
