It's Wednesday so it's DIPA day.
Sounds a good enough excuse as any. Nearly as inventive as that Hazelwood chap...It's Wednesday so it's DIPA day.

All gone.I’m up for that, show me yours.
Great review. Brilliant beer. That colourWell strictly it isn’t mine but it is in my possession so I’m calling that a win for me I’m actually having a DIPA from @dan125 so you already know how good this is @Leon103.
The appearance is as you see, very bright, very juicy, beautifully carbonated.

The aroma isn’t particularly strong because this beer is chilled but I’m already getting a hint this beer is going to be flavoursome. I think maybe the closest I can describe is the smell of the hop bag you remove from the wort after the boil - intense hoppy fruity goodness. Gorgeous!
The flavour for me is pretty amazing. I’m sure every fruit ever grown is there in abundance but it’s probably orange that stands out for me accentuated by the bitterness, a real impression of orange zest. Considering this is a beer loaded with hops it’s really smooth and juicy, almost no hop burn at all. What spicy hoppy heat is there again accentuates the zesty orange. The cap on the bottle says DIPA 7.9 so I’m assuming this is 7.9% but there’s no hint of alcohol. There’s also no hint of oxidation or any other off flavours.
This is a beer I would happily pay £6 a pint (the price of a Fullers Vintage) but I suspect Dan would be making a loss at that price given all the hops!
Dan, this is a brilliant beer. Thanks so much for sending me a bottle. Please pop round with another dozen!
