What did you think of it. I had one of your extract beers then as well.

I genuinely liked it. I had three on Saturday night to start the night & that was enough but he feels the same. He was telling me it's not his normal brew & I couldn't believe how much Hops went into it. My wee Extract Brew didn't come close to it.
It does taste like an alcoholic Salero.

He makes some really nice beer. Serious amount of hops go in. I think I am being flash adding 300g to 20 litres

Sampling my red ipa, has a nice hoppy punch in the face. But also a solid malt background. Caraaroma is a really unique crystal malt and works surprisingly well with Munich.

English bitter. A tad more fruity than I’d planned but still a nice beer. Quite smooth and very easy drinking at 4.4%

Another pint of the same bitter I’m afraid. The only thing I really don’t like about this beer is that I only have about a dozen pints left.

First fully carbonated sample from my keg. Delighted with this CML hell fermented lager. Hopped with Saaz and a grain bill stolen from GH Mexican Cerveza.

Took a few 'wrong turns' and ended up at my favourite pub. First pub pint since lockdown began.

I remember really liking this beer, but not today.

Drinking my second ever homebrew. Don't ask about the first. Let's just say I'll keep that in the bottles for a few more week.

Brewed the wilko hoppy ipa kit. In FV 1/07/20 and poured my first pint from the keg tonight.

Lovely hoppy flavour, a little cloudy but it's not been in all that long!
Having the ipa in the hot tub, cricket nets tonight, first time I've played in 10 years so aching!!
