The clarity is really good on that. It's something I might start to look at
The recipe for this particular saison is on Page 4 of my brew day posts, post #79.
@Keats had a nice saison recipe for cardamom saison too.

I reckon it's a pretty solid weisse. I'd maybe like a touch more clove personally, but it's light, refreshing, and rather good for the price.Steve the Weissbier I your last post... do you "rate" this as a go to/standard?
I'd say that's a good sign. The reason I ask is that although I really like a Weissbier I don't brew them often but mine seem to compare very favourable with this....
Ordered myself and my eldest a brace of each of these beers from Electric Bear. Looking forward to these.

Never heard of these - but looks like they have a good mix of beers, and free delivery over £25!
Let us know what you think
Tesco often have them on offer at 4 for £6.I reckon it's a pretty solid weisse. I'd maybe like a touch more clove personally, but it's light, refreshing, and rather good for the price.
Generous offer and I will take you up on itWhen are you back in Derry. Your more than welcome to a few. I have some of my own ready if you fancy a swap
Sounds good I have a imperial stout, American amber and a Simcoe+mosiac IPA.Generous offer and I will take you up on it
I don’t really bottle much at the min as it goes into the keg but I can do a few walled city brewery style and do them “tap fresh” ive a stout (8.5%) a slightly burnt rye beer(7.5%) -lets call it smoked rye and a patersbier 4.5%. Ive a Belgian blonde ready to keg as well.
This pub was in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire but I think it's open under a different name nowI’ve seen this in action on more than one occasion - and with actual dogs. Quite often the dog gets a bowl of beer as a treat for keeping mum!
The best bit about it is the embossed pattern in the can
Many a time I have bought a beer because I like the name of the can.Always the sign of a great beer
