Good point I should qualify that and say my favorite commerical Czech pils. And funny enough it's brewed in the UK. it's not really Czech anymore either.

Love the west indies Porter second only to Old Peculier

I haven't tried the Hawkshead pale, Shipyard IPA or Lancaster amber so looking forward to trying them.

I kegged this on Saturday (Summer Breeze) and in a first for me decided to try force carbing. For a five day old beer (12 if you count the week spent fermenting) it tastes remarkably good.

Hoppy Christmas, everyone! My last brewdog Advent beer

Followed by a cheeky taster of my Summerbreezish.... It could do with a few more days conditioning but...... IT'S FANTASTIC!

It's got quite a full mouthfeel, nice malt backbone from the Vienna, and fruity hops. Nice creamy head which thinned out fairly quickly leaving a thin rim, but that'll improve with a few more days in the bottle. I think the malt bill is perfect for my tastes on this one, I'll do some tinkering with the hops to get it perfect.

Cracked open my mini keg of Yorkshire Bitter (GH Recipe) and its got that slightly sweet creamy taste, it’s just lovely to drink and at 4% I can happily drink all night.
