What a find...buried amongst a load of empty bottles...a bottle from the first kit I made 2 years ago. It's actually a Young's lager kit that was well out of date when I did it. @terrym gave me excellent guidance at the time and although it didn't taste like Lager at the time, despite using a lager yeast, it turned out not half bad.
Now after 2 years it is absolutely lovely.I overcarbed it and with an overenthusiastic pour hence the big head, its crystal clear and has a lovely caramel aroma and toffee taste. Im definitely going to dig round in my bottles again to see if I stashed another one. Cheers all, good health:smallcheers:

Triple choc chip cookie and marshmallow stout from a local brewery. It has 3.5kg of triple chocolate chip cookies and 2 kg of marshmallows. This is a one off as the rest of the 680l is going into rum barrels for a few months. This one is 10.5% the finished product will be around 12% at bottling. A really beautiful thick sweet stout with a lovely underlying bitterness.

Just ordered there 13% centaur army today, a peanut butter and caramel Stout.... 😋
That looks a meal in a glass.
I drink wines with lower abv's 😝

Neon Raptor is one of my go to suppliers.
I've a few of their Twerking Turkeys lined up for Christmas Day
Sweet cherry, cranberry and plum lasse gose. Should be a winner!

Let us know how the Centaur Army pans out!

Limited beers for sale as yet but plans for A good few in the new year. Declan only brews part time in muff as he is in Waterford brewing yellowbelly but will step it up in muff in the new year. The stout is mighty fine as it is can’t wait to see how it comes out of the barrel
I got mine straight from the bright tank

It’s a brewery called otterbank. Took over the boghopper brewery in muff. He also brews under yellowbelly from Wexford. Has a load of barrels like Pinot noir mescal brandy port and tequila to age beers in. Lots of good things to come that are not the normal run of the mill beers.

Your not helping me one bit 😃😃
I checked him out, I have not tried yellow belly stuff but I enjoyed his Saison. I would like to try a good barrel aged stout made local. It's hard to come by

Gees in the waterside carry a few of the yellowbelly beers the citra has won a few awards. (My next clone after getting the recipe ) the barrel age will come out in the new year after it goes in the barrel for a month or so.i was lucky enough to get a corny of the stout before it goes in the barrel and it’s a damm fine brew.
