Thanks for the advise but I corny keg so not a problemIf you’ve kegged it then you will be limited by the pressure release valve and in my opinion

I've nothing on at the minute apart from got a few salted caramel chocolate porter in shed that's a little to sweet for me, got a red wine in the fermenter that has been bubbling strong for 6 days good/bad I don't know it's my first but in the instructions it says 5 days at most
Don't mind doing a postal swap if you fancy trying it..... I'm doing a lemon and thyme gose after the wine has finishedI’d invite you round for a few but just looked and you’re really not local! Shame.
