Wonky bobs pale ale used cml no1 not much head but a nice beer
My own Flagstaff IPA No.2. Pic shamelessly copied here from my brewday thread:
Need to get an early night tonight because I'm brewing tomorrow morning.
Tried one of these out when I got in. Not bad at all. The smoke gives it a kind of meaty taste, like sausages almost. Very rich. The Wifey is slow cooking brisket for tomorrow so we added half the bottle to give it a smokey taste. View attachment 29163
That's another stunning pic, what camera do you use?My own Flagstaff IPA No.2. Pic shamelessly copied here from my brewday thread:

It's a Samsung NX1 with the 'standard' 16-50 lens that I originally bought because it has the best 4K video quality that I'd ever seen from any camera at any price. That's another stunning pic, what camera do you use?
Sounds really interesting, I enjoyed reading the history of the beer on your brew thread.kicking off today with a freshly carbonated german porter. really happy with the way it turned out, quite malty and a bit roasty with a really balanced funky kick. not sour at all more barnyard and some really nice dark fruity notes. its going down too fast.
