I wish ! Love Brittany Enjoy your bargains! We may have to do a swap my local Eight Arch ‘Corbel’ for something you think is spot on. Can you still buy Gordon’s Scottish ales in the local Auchan etc....?
Corbel's a great pint. Got the recipe and it's now a mainstay. Never tasted an Eight Arch one, though. Don't have a local Auchan, the nearest is in St Nazaire so I don't know about Gordon's.
Well up for a swap if only to see whether our our interpretations of Corbel taste alike.

Sorry to let the side down, but I'm drinking a Cardhu 12 years old Single Malt gifted to me by a French mate!

I intended to save it for Burns Night on the 25th but ..... well, you know how it is!

A perfect sipping whisky so there should be plenty left for Saturday!

That would go wonderfully into an imperial stout !

A bottle of Sherry Cask Red Ale, turned out wonderful if I may say myself, only a dozen bottles left :beer1:

Delirium Red, not bad but the fruit flavours taste a little artificial.

I sincerely hope that you are joking! A wee drop of cold water and "paradise" arrives!

Tonight I tried (way before it was ready) a Wilko IPA with grapefruit. It was still cloudy and as bitter as a witch's tit; but I'm hoping it will mellow with a few weeks of conditioning.

Picked up a 4 pack of the brewdog elvis juice first time I have tried it and I have to say I'm really enjoying it

If you like that Mangrove Jacks do a really good kit (grapefruit IPA) which is a fairly good representation. worth doing for an easy kit to boost up stocks.

Heading to a mates later for a bit of a sesh. Stopping off at the supermarket along the way. Eff knows what I will get but probably a mixture of Punk IPA and SNPA. He's in for a treat though. I found a bottle of my sarsaparilla export stout that I brewed last March. Was blooming lovely when it was nearing the end of the keg. Will be interesting to see how it tastes after 10 months. I am also bringing him a bottle of Buxton and Omnipollo's Maple Truffle Waffle Ice Cream stout. He gave me a bottle of Yellow Belly a while ago, so one good turn deserves another.

Nice drop but piraate red my fav followed by kasteel & mc chouffe kriek.
I love a kriek, but I'm not even sure that's what this is. I suppose this is to a proper kriek what Leffe is to a proper Belgian blonde.

A bit of my Coopers Irish Stout. Somewhat flat now but still drinkable so making the most of it whilst it remains drinkable.

I tried out the Wilko Newkie Brown tonight.

It tastes just fine now so it will probably get superb in a few weeks (if it lasts that long).

A summer lightning by hopback, I've recently brewed a clone, wont be ready for a couple of weeks but wanted to remind myself of what it tasted like.

I've also had a pint of the mild I brewed nearly a year ago, it's actually a lovely beer now.
