I think I'll give this a try at some point once crossmyloof is taking orders again. I've been experimenting with wheat beers recently so this'll just add to the fun.

Starting with a lemon and vanilla pale this evening.
I bought this as a bit of a wildcard, not really expecting to like it.
It's actually quite good on a sunny evening but would be loads better with a bit more lemon and a bit less vanilla imo.

How much rye do you use,
40% of the grain bill probably a bit too much. Very dry and a bit cloudy. But still good and I've 3kg Rye malt left so we'll try 30% on next brews.
