Dan have you made anymore with sabro. I have one ready to bottle tomorrow night. What's your verdict on it.
I was thinking of brewing again with it and pairing it with Amarillo

I've got another 225g in the freezer to use but will use it as a smaller proportion next time. Will probs use some in the neipa I'm brewing on Thursday as a supporting hop to some bru-1 that I haven't tried yet.
Would imagine it would work well with Amarillo for an orangey hop character

I only used 100g of it with 100g of centennial and 225g of cashmere. Reading online people adviced going easy on it. I am looking forward to trying it
 
Enjoyed my pale which had 225g sabro in it(with chinnok) got another pale fermenting with Idaho 7 and azzaca, the Idaho smelt amazing

Sounds good. It is quite potent... I won't use all 225g in a single brew probs
