Sad times running out. Never again even when I think I don't need to brew I will. Going to brew beers that keep well to go along side the fast drinking hoppy ones that slip down far to easy.
That's the plan going forward 😊

I’m rather jealous as this on my Tesco order this Friday but was substituted with Magic Rock Impaler Pale Ale (still not bad).
We're relying on online groceries, so far I had Jaipur IPA substituted with Sierrra Nevada California IPA, and Hobgoblin IPA substituted with their Golden Ale - both lighter ales and not my usual choice but surprisingly quaffable !

It's Sunday. Not that that means anything right now.

Opened what I thought was a mosaic/El dorado pale, turns out it was one of my strong Belgian ales woops!

8 months on and these are pretty good.

Had a wee taste of my Youngs Scottish heavy after taking a sample for hydrometer reading last night . Reminded me a little of the McCewans my Dad used to drink back in the 70's.
Got back to the house from my shed and my wife says " you're nose looks red, what you been doing ? " !!☺

Other than that all my decent beer is drunk and due to being totally self iscolated with my familly and shopping restrictions ( e.g tescos, 80 items on an online shop, everything out of stock etc.)
I'm down to last line of defence, a couple of boxes of stella.

Annnnd my last BIPA makes three.

It's past 12 now so you can stop judging me :laugh8:

My war chest is starting to come together finally. Two wheat beers and a mosaic/El dorado pale bottled and ready. A tripel and a Barley wine ageing. Some questionable fruit cider for when things get rough. Chocolate rum stout ageing in a demijohn, and a Dunkelweizen in the fermenter.
