Not very impressed with this Mikkeller pale from my cyberfest box. Bit nondescript. Goes down easy enough I suppose

My Dennis king galaxy delight all grain kit from MM, I had this sitting around for a couple months, and decided to get it on. Kegged this 2 weeks ago forgot to add the protofloc and yeast nutrient! However it’s turned out to be an amazing beer. I’d definitely brew this again for sure

London Porter Clone, on my second, first one had being left in the fridge overnight and was far too cold for the style sadly, especially pronounced when I opened the second one that had only being in the fridge for about an hour, much more flavour, reminds me why I like the idea of a dedicated fridge just for ales to keep them at 11 degrees or so.

Back to the ‘lockdown beers’ cupboard

I've been drinking some Elderflower Cider from a magnum kit (came out at 8% as I doubled up the sugar...) I bottled it today so what I'm drinking at the moment is still but it tastes great (probably due to the sugar that hasn't fermented yet). I've also had a 330ml bottle of a spiced apple beer I brewed just after Christmas which also tastes great :)

It's actually not bad it has all the flavour of a wheat beer. Will obviously get better. It's also a raw ale. So no boil.
I am waiting on my weizenbock to condition. I have two more to bottle this week. So hopefully get my stock back up
