Tonight, I’m finishing my Trinity brown ale, just poured the last pint .

Eldest daughter has left with 4 pints of plum porter so that’s now down to about 10 pints.

Last two batches of ale not quite ready and one still fermenting

I DO have stout, Belgian, strong ale (8.5%!) so not all bad news. Think I’ll move on to stout next.

OK, I’m now on my stout and it’s really good, even if I say so myself. Mesmerised watching the interface between the head and the beer roll up - is there word for that special effect? Hmmm!
