First time this has happened for me, added some Apres-ski yeast @ 12C on Sunday to a black lager and as of tonight there is no signs life. I opened up the fermenter and nothing is happening.

So I’ll probably pop to my local home brew store tomorrow and get some MJ lager yeast (not happy as I’ve bet had much luck with their yeast).

My question is will the wort be ok after all this time, I don’t want to waste messing around if it’ll be no good in the end.
