Nice classic Bordeaux 90% Merlot/10% Cabernet Franc (according to the wine shop I bought it from) but it’s a very pleasant easy drinking red that is going wonderfully with the stir fry I made.

I thought I’d gone off wine recently. Then I worked out that I’ve gone off the corporate supermarket **** that’s very hard to get away from.
This is a belter; rich, full bodied, dark chocolate notes and subtle oak.

Too much beer to try, so little time.
Last night's FG/QC sample on most recent Camden pale ale clone.
Obviously not cleared, but the flavours and hops!
It had stalled at SG1017 last week so I repitched with a recent brew Nottingham yeast slurry. Now 1008, result!
