Didn't get to try any of the wheat beer i'll be entering most categories next year, and tasting much more. To be honest though, I sortof had a skinful on Fri :| :mrgreen:

Looking good Wez, WLP380 does go like a train, you should be ok with that headspace........just

Not bad at all, batch sparged today JIC and apart from a longer recirc' all went well, was D&D in about 5hrs

It's looking very happy! tidy work there with a tricky style of beer to brew. I read only yesterday about someone near me brewing a hefe and resting the mash. I'll watch this with interest as I fancy having a go myself.

It's not you, but it just goes to show that brewing is booming when there are a few people all brewing locally on the same days and brewing similar beers!
