Hi all
Am trying to improve my homebrewing if i can. I want to look at whether i need to treat my domestic water. I have downloaded the local areas water quality and tried to match it to various online discussions but i just cant see what or how i need to adjust things. I have attached the report. Any thoughts on what i need to do?
Many thanks
Graeme

Water needs adjust for nearly every beer if you're into it. You've got fairly low sulphate and chloride, slightly biasing chloride which is a great starting place and your alkalinity is pretty high so you'd ideally need some acid with lighter styles.
