I'm fairly sure that you want the one in aqueous solution, not the one in alcohol. I forget which is which. Personally I use star san which is available from a couple of brewing shops, the maltmiller also stocks a no rinse sanitiser.

The surgical Scrub contains lanolin ;)

You need the Aqueous Antiseptic

The water that you use to dilute the Videne with, does it have to be a certain PH please?
I read that starsan has to be diluted with low PH water and wondered if this also applied to Videne. I have fairly hard water.
Cheers
Edit
PS I have just read that citric acid can be added to make the solution more effective, is this recommended?

It is better if made up with acidified water (to pH3.0) . .the storage times are much longer. . .although It is cheap enough to make up as you need it. . . Some of the iodophors (Like Brupaks) are acidified and come out at the propper pH anyway . . .I believe FAM30 dos as well

@Aleman
many thanks for the rapid reply. While you were replying I edited my post regarding using citric acid. Would you recommend adding some to the Videne
Many thanks

I have ordered some citric acid from ebay

For info Boots were £6.98 for 500ml of Videne, Tesco's got some in for me the next day for £6.22. Which was only about 40p cheaper than having it delivered, so if there are two or more people wanting the stuff locally its best to share the postage.
