You mean all the yeast? Tbh using yeast slurry is all about calculated guess work. Estimation. I have no idea how much active yeast is in that jar. It depends on a number of things. Making a yeast starter from it is a better way to go about it, but not essential, I pitch slurry if it's recently harvested. By all means pitch all the slurry, it may be technically too much, but the consequences of over pitching are less noticeable than from under pitching. And difficult to notice at all, probably, unless you made two brews side by side. Some people pitch brews onto the whole sediment from their last brew, so the consequences are not serious, I guess. I was going to say use the whole jar, but then considered the amount I pitch.
So basically don't worry. Lob it all in by all means. Better to be over than under.
