Don't worry about how big the krausen is. It's whether it's fermenting your wort fully that's important.

I recently used wyeast 1469 and everything I read about it stated it has a massive krausen as it's a true top cropping yeast strain so I set up a blow off rig and everything to find it threw up a measly krausen of about an inch. It still fermented out to target FG no problems though
 
I reckon you're probably fine. Another 24 hours and the krausen should have developed a lot. See how it is then.
