Use the full pack

.... then save some of the slurry from the bottom of the fermenter for your next batch. Use a sanitized jar and lid.

If you reseal the yeast envelope well and keep it in the freezer it should last a long time. Saved slurry from the fermenter will have to be used in a month.

When you save slurry from the fermenter do you literally just get let’s say a clean and sterilised jam jar scoop up a half jar put lid on , fridge then just Chuck in your next brew within a month and that’s all there is to it, or do you have to make a starter?

The recommended rate for ale yeast is one million cells per ml per °Plato.

(Where 1° Plato is 1.004, 10° Plato is 1.040 etc.)

So for 10 l of 1.074 sg (18.5 °Pl) wort, you require 10,000 x 18.5 = 185,000 million cells, or 185 billion cells.
Dried yeast is quoted as having anywhere from 6 to 20 billion viable cells per gram, depending on whose figures you read. If you pick an average figure of 13 billion, then an 11g pack will contain 11 x 13 = 143 billion cells, which should be adequate for your needs, but I wouldn't go less.

I've just done two 10L batches and used a full pack of this yeast on each.
Figured it's better to over pitch than under pitch, both got to their predicted finishing gravities
within ten days.
Next time I'll harvest some of the yeast cake for another brew as they looked too good to waste !

edit - you also have high starting gravity
