This is mashing as I type.
It's the 4th time I've brewed this, with minor variations each time, and it won't be the last.

Batch Size: 23.00 L
Estimated OG: 1.050 SG
Estimated Color: 19.9 EBC
Estimated IBU: 41.3 IBU
Brewhouse Efficiency: 80.00 %

Mash at 66ºC.

That is an interesting grist, i like small qty's of diffenent malts, let us know how it turns out, a pic would be great Warra :thumb:
 
I hit my target with a vengeance.
24.5 litres @ 1.054 into the fermenter.

For some reason, the US05 didn't fire, but I had the brew sitting at 17.5ºC. Maybe a bit low.
Rehydrated a 2nd pack and pitched that a day and a half later.

It finally took off the next morning. It's now sitting on 18.5ºC.

It's only 4 days into fermentation, and I will probably dry hop it with Cascade some time next week.
I'm in no hurry to bottle it, and I usually wait a minimum of 2 weeks, before bottling straight from primary.
First bottling job will be a Bitter I brewed 2 days earlier.

Will post a pic as soon as I can. I can post a pic of Mark 3 if you wish, which I brewed 5 weeks earlier, and has been in the bottle since 11 June.
