started my second turbo last night o.g 1058 going like a steam train this morning but i have a question what is the optimum o.g for best taste with good content as i like to fall over but taste is also important to me :

The optimum in my humble opinion is to only use T*sco value juice, WLP 775 yeast and patience
This will give you about 6% and leave apple flavour and body.
It definitely improves with age :thumb:

yeah i am using tesco juice and youngs cider yeast to be honest i was going to do the next one just how you said so as to have a comparison.i can then make an informed decision as to which i prefer.
