I've just racked two lots of 'on the rocks cider' kits to a secondary fv. I'm aiming for a kopperberg/alcopop feel, the idea being to force carbonate them.
My plan, based on a fairly limited understanding, is to treat them with campden tablets then clear them with kwikclear before transferring them to corny kegs.
Is anyone able to point out any flaws in my plan? :)
