It's really taken off on the fermentation front. S04 with a little bit of yeast nutrient and kaboom!

I'm cutting right down on my weekly beer intake so I'm going to bottle it and stash this for my birthday (February 4th)

This has been dry hopped with some goldings and simcoe and has dropped down to 1012 which gives me a 5.2% beer.

Going to bottle it tonight/tomorrow night even though I originally brewed it for the keg but my stout is still in there and I can't drink 20 pints in an evening!
