In have done this in the past to the instructions on the tin.

To be honest I was not impressed, even ages it a year and it didn't improve.

I spent a month in Australia a few years back and I loved drinking tooheys products, sadly the kits are not a patch on the real thing.

All I can suggest is you give it ago and let us know what you think ;)

I've brewed this twice in different fermentation buckets and both times, a mould like covering appears on the top once I reach the ideal FG. I'm not sure if it is mould. It's doesn't seem to taste that bad and wondering if it's 'feature'?!!!

I've not had this problem with any other of my 12+ brews so unsure if to waste my time bottling it this once to see how it clears?

Any advice would be appreciated. I can't seem to upload a pic up show the brew.

Cheers

Is it like a thin white colour? It could be from the yeast!

I've had it a few times when doing brews using gervin ale yeast.

Thanks armchair.. Could you drop me a Adam with your email and I'll send you a pic. It could well be that.

Thanks in advance
