Hi
Ive currently got a Better brew pilsner on the go, brewing with 500g dextrose and 500g hopped light spray malt. I started this on Sat and after taking a reading this morning OG had dropped to 1.017. I want to get this out of my main FV and into a 2nd as i use this for batch priming as it has a tap. Is this too early to transfer or will there still be enough yeast to finish off fermentation if i rack?
