Too cold for Carbonation?

Hi
I brewed 2 different Brewferm kits before Christmas, about 3 weeks apart. I bottled them as I normally do, but they have been in my cold garage since. Both batches are as flat as a pancake. Should the carbonation occur if they are now put in a warm place for a bit?
Both taste OK, and I have brewed them both in the same way as previous batches, which had carbonated well (in the summer).

should be okay, a quick shake each may rouse the yeast up too which will help :thumb:
